Module #1

Letting Go of Programmed Desires

Most of us were taught what to want long before we were ever allowed to feel what we actually want.

In this opening session, we gently unravel the layers of cultural conditioning, survival strategies, and inherited expectations that shape desire from the outside in. Through nervous-system regulation, parts work, and embodied awareness, participants begin releasing desires rooted in scarcity, comparison, obligation, or protection.

This session is not about “figuring out” what you want. It’s about creating enough internal safety to stop wanting what was never yours to carry.

Module #2

Learning By Yearning

Once programmed desire loosens its grip, something quieter and more honest can emerge.

In this session, we explore yearning not as lack or longing, but as a form of intelligence. Participants learn how to listen to desire as a bodily signal rather than a mental demand. Instead of pushing toward outcomes, we practice orienting toward what feels alive, meaningful, and true in the present moment.

This is where desire shifts from pressure to guidance — from something to chase into something to trust.

DAY 2 - AM

Module #3

Mastering the State of Being

Manifestation does not begin with action. It begins with state.

This session focuses on cultivating and stabilizing the internal conditions that make change possible. Participants learn how nervous system regulation, emotional safety, and internal coherence create the environment where aligned movement can naturally arise.

Rather than forcing yourself into a “high vibration” or positive mindset, you’ll learn how to return to a grounded, resourced state that supports clarity, creativity, and responsiveness.

This is the foundation that makes manifestation sustainable rather than exhausting.

DAY 2 - PM

Module #4

Unfoldment in the State of Affairs

When state changes, action changes — not through effort, but through alignment.

In the final session, we explore how regulated being translates into real-world movement. Participants learn how to recognize when action is emerging organically versus when it’s being driven by fear, urgency, or old survival patterns. We work with timing, resistance, and trust, allowing next steps to unfold without self-abandonment.

This session emphasizes integration: how to live from what has shifted, how to stay oriented when challenges arise, and how to let life respond to you as much as you respond to it.
