Module #1
Letting Go of Programmed Desires
Most of us were taught what to want long before we were ever allowed to feel what we actually want.
In this opening session, we gently unravel the layers of cultural conditioning, survival strategies, and inherited expectations that shape desire from the outside in. Through nervous-system regulation, parts work, and embodied awareness, participants begin releasing desires rooted in scarcity, comparison, obligation, or protection.
This session is not about “figuring out” what you want. It’s about creating enough internal safety to stop wanting what was never yours to carry.
Module #2
Learning By Yearning
Once programmed desire loosens its grip, something quieter and more honest can emerge.
In this session, we explore yearning not as lack or longing, but as a form of intelligence. Participants learn how to listen to desire as a bodily signal rather than a mental demand. Instead of pushing toward outcomes, we practice orienting toward what feels alive, meaningful, and true in the present moment.
This is where desire shifts from pressure to guidance — from something to chase into something to trust.

Mastering the State of Being
Manifestation does not begin with action. It begins with state.
This session focuses on cultivating and stabilizing the internal conditions that make change possible. Participants learn how nervous system regulation, emotional safety, and internal coherence create the environment where aligned movement can naturally arise.
Rather than forcing yourself into a “high vibration” or positive mindset, you’ll learn how to return to a grounded, resourced state that supports clarity, creativity, and responsiveness.
This is the foundation that makes manifestation sustainable rather than exhausting.
Module #4
Unfoldment in the State of Affairs
When state changes, action changes — not through effort, but through alignment.
In the final session, we explore how regulated being translates into real-world movement. Participants learn how to recognize when action is emerging organically versus when it’s being driven by fear, urgency, or old survival patterns. We work with timing, resistance, and trust, allowing next steps to unfold without self-abandonment.
This session emphasizes integration: how to live from what has shifted, how to stay oriented when challenges arise, and how to let life respond to you as much as you respond to it.

Mirjam Madhuri Paninski is an EFT Master and Trainer, mystic, healer, intuitive guide, meditation teacher, writer, and researcher. She is the founder and CEO of the Open Consciousness Institute, where transformational healing is approached as both an art and a science.

Brian Hogan is a public speaker, award-winning filmmaker, licensed clinical therapist and life coach. Brian is the founder of The S.H.I.F.T. Model™—an integrated approach to healing complex trauma, and transcending the limits of identity and culture—rooted in Polyvagal Theory, Parts Work, and EFT Tapping. S.H.I.F.T. stands for Somatic Holistic Internal Family Tapping and at its heart the model embraces the paradox of transformation through radical self-acceptance.
Brian’s combination of passions in storytelling, spirituality, and mental health uniquely qualifies him to help clients master their own inner-narrative, see past it to their deeper intuition and then learn how to guide their life from that wiser, steadier and more benevolent place that includes, body, mind, heart and spirit. Brian believes we are in the middle of a massive species-wide transformation of consciousness and he feels called to be a part of it. In his spare time, Brian enjoys playing with his niece and nephew and watching superhero movies.
Brian is an IFS therapist and certified EFT practitioner who has lived through the kinds of identity confusion, family rupture, and internalized shame this work addresses. As a gay man raised in a rigid belief system, navigating abandonment and spiritual disillusionment, he learned that healing does not come from forcing positivity or fixing yourself, but from learning how to feel safe enough to come alive again. This work was born from that journey.
